Online updates for V3.9.0 are not available.

As a result, manual reinstallation is necessary to use V3.9.0. With this reinstallation, re-registration of settings and device ID are also necessary.

[Warnings when reinstalling]
• The device ID will be changed.
  Upon reinstallation, the device ID will change. Therefore, the device ID must be cleared before initial login. Before using the new version, the end user must request the administrator to clear the device ID.
• SecureBrowser settings will be clear.
  Upon reinstallation, SecureBrowser settings such as access point URL and user ID will be cleared. Before reinstallation, it is advised to record the existing settings in order to input them again later.

[Reinstallation steps]
• Request the administrator to clear the device ID.
• Record the access point settings, company ID, and user ID from the CACHATTO SecureBrowser for Mac settings page.
• Download V3.9.0 from the link below:
  V3.9.0 download URL: DOWNLOAD
• Close and uninstall the current CACHATTO SecureBrowser for Mac.
• Reinstall the downloaded CACHATTO SecureBrowser for Mac.
• Delete the following keychain*:
  - jp.co.e-Jan.CSBMac
  - jp.co.e-Jan.CSBMac-db
  
• Start up CACHATTO SecureBrowser for Mac and input the access point, company ID, and user ID settings.

*How to delete the keychain:

• Open 'Finder'. Select the library menu within the 'move' menu (press 'Option' key to display).
• Open 'Keychains' directory within library.
• Delete keychain 'jp.co.e-Jan.CSBMac', 'jp.co.e-Jan.CSBMac-db'
